Privacy policy
This policy describes Google data handling by Axiom, a privately operated household assistant. It applies to the assistant, not to unrelated Hermes deployments.
Data accessed and purpose
Depending on the permissions granted, Axiom may access email messages and attachments, calendar events, Drive files, document and spreadsheet contents, and contact information. It uses this information to carry out household users' requests and authorized automations, such as reminders, document processing and household administration.
Processing and sharing
Axiom runs on operator-managed infrastructure. Relevant content may be sent to configured AI service providers to interpret requests and prepare responses. Results may also be delivered through configured messaging services, including Telegram or Signal, to the intended recipients. Data is shared with recipients when required by an authorized task. Google data is not sold or used for advertising.
Processing by external providers is subject to those providers' applicable terms and retention settings. This policy does not promise that all processing is local or that external providers retain no data.
Storage and retention
OAuth credentials are stored in the assistant's private runtime profile, not in this public website. Conversations, logs, generated files, automation state and backups may retain data. There is no fixed automatic deletion period stated here; the operator manages retention and deletion. Revoking Google access stops future authorized API access but does not automatically delete existing copies or generated outputs.
Control and deletion
Account holders can revoke Axiom's access through Google Account connections. Contact the operator at the address below to request deletion of retained data, stop an automation or ask about the configured processing services.
This public website
Cloudflare serves these static information pages and may process ordinary connection metadata to deliver and secure them. These pages include no analytics scripts, advertising, forms or Google credentials. They do not display private Google content.
